Vittorio Nobili Walnut and Velvet Italian Mid-century Chairs, 1955

About the Item

Simple materials but fantastic and unique design for these 4 chairs by Vittorio Nobili. Truly magnificent in shape. Backrest made of steam-folded plywood and walnut veneer. Sitting in the same way folded but covered with a green velvet fabric. Combined with a striped velvet cushion, it is placed on top. Both the backrest and the seat have a very fine wood thickness. The four legs are made of walnut and are cylindrical in shape. As you can see from the photos, the backrest has a slot, and four metal buttons that anchor it to the chair in the back. Their polishing has been enhanced to further embellish their walnut veneer. Restored by the expert hands of our atelier, this item has no defects, but it may show slight traces of use. For each piece, before the departure, a revision is redone, to make sure it arrives in excellent condition.
