This butterfly chair has been molested in 2015 for the exhibition ‘Van vlinders en mieren’ (Of butterflies and ants) for the 60th anniversary of Arne Jacobsen’s Butterfly chair at the design museum of Gent. In a very Functionality kills the fun manner the seating has been pierced with a carpet of nails. Creating a very intriguing image but also still allowing the user to have a comfortable seating experience. Although be it only for the brave.
