About the Item
In the style of Gio Ponti, lounge chair, wood and floral fabric, Italy, 1940s.
Elegant and romantic club chair designed in the style of Gio Ponti with original upholstery of fauna and flora. The design is based on a splendid construction of delicate curved lines and bulky shapes. The backrest smoothly runs over into the armrests, giving it a cohesive and sophisticated feel. The tapered wooden legs give the solid seats a more airy touch.
Kindly note that the fabric is in used condition. The fabric contains tears. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
