A European Neoclassical period painted wood daybed from the early 19th century, with out-scrolling back, carved rosettes and fluted legs. Created during the second quarter of the 19th century, this Neoclassical daybed features an out-scrolling back covered, along with the seat, with a simple used muslin fabric. Raised on six fluted legs with carved rosettes on the knees, the daybed is ready for re-upholstery and painted in a soft color complimenting the ensemble beautifully. With its clean lines and skillfully carved décor, this European daybed circa 1830 will bring a touch of Classical elegance to any living room or bedroom!
