About the Item
Scandinavian art deco birch and kingwood daybed circa 1930.
Fine quality and elegantly designed Swedish daybed. Birch head and foot rail, with kingwood veneered sides. Removable button back cushion.
Veneered both sides making this piece freestanding, standing on scrolling legs.
Mattress removes to reveal a hinged base which allows storage underneath.
Minor discolouration to buttons, minor surface marks.
