Teak Swedish Daybed by Triva Sweden, circa 1960

About the Item

Modernist daybed envisioned by Swedish designer Bengt Ruda in the 1960s, epitomizing the distinctive design of its era. Crafted with a teak frame supported by four gracefully tapered legs, the head and footboard showcase a crisscross pattern in lacquered black metal. The button-tufted mattress has been reupholstered with Mont Blanc wool from Maison Nobilis, resting atop original springs in excellent condition. Two units are available for individual purchase.
