1940’s Bentwood Debrecen Classic Back Dining Chairs – Set Of Four 1940’s Bentwood Debrecen Classic Back Dining Chairs – Set Of Four. It is hard to be precise about the origin of these chairs as they are not labelled, but what we do know is at the beginning of the 20th Century Debrecen produced this model in volume and we have seen identical labelled versions. Debrecen produced throughout the original Austro Hungarian empire. Rich in colour and character all our chairs pass through our own workshop where they are gently serviced and sensitively restored, we only sell vintage of excellent quality. Seat height 47cm WORKSHOP REPORT Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
