1960’s French Mullca stacking chair 510 – graphite Frame – Set of eight
1960’s French Mullca stacking chair – graphite frame – pair. One of our most favourite chairs, in 1947 Robert Muller and Gaston Cavaillon created the company that went on to develop arguably the most famous French school chair. Sadly the company no longer exists but vintage chairs can still be found, beautifully made with a strong tubular frame with birch seats and back inserts. Ours date from the 1960’s and we love the design with the subtle kick leg at the back and the well worn character. We service and rejuvenate all our chairs individually before they leave our workshop and we deliver chairs of excellent quality. Seat Height 45cm.
Workshop report
Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
