The traditionally Dutch brand Dutch Originals originated in Culemborg under the name: Gebroeders van der Stroom. Started in 1792, when the Gebroeders van der Stroom furniture factory was established there. Gebroeders van der Stroom still works under the name Dutch Originals They can call themselves the oldest furniture manufacturer in the Netherlands.
Dutch Originals distinguishes itself with furniture that is based on the successful designs of designer W.H. Gispen. The range is characterized by the well-known classic tubular steel chairs of the designer.
