19th C English Oak Windsor Chairs - Set of Six
About the Item
Low back English Windsor chairs in oak, with pierced splats and turned back spindles and legs, shaped seats and curved crinoline stretchers. A classic form that has been consistently popular for four centuries. Surprisingly comfortable, each chair is hand crafted and thus there are subtle variations in dimensions. This set has lovely color and patina. Very fine condition. Heights range from 40" - 41", widths from 20" - 22", depths 22-23 with an outlier at 25".
