About the Item
Six antique French Renaissance Revival dining chairs, circa 1920s. Made of oak featuring ornate gothic styling with a pierced / reticulated back, carved leaves over scrolled accents and barley twisted fluted stiles. Upholstered silk seats feature baroque brocade with fleur de lis and nailhead trim. The chairs are supported by ornate barley twist turned legs leading to turnip feet. The legs are connected by an "H" stretcher.
