The most desirable, rare and sought after colorway (black leather on black frame) of the most coveted chairs by interior designers, this incredible set of eight (8) Tucroma dining armchairs by Guido Faleschini for i4Mariani is seriously the bees knees. We have four additional chairs with matching frames in grey fabric that we can reupholster to black leather to increase this set up to a set of 12 chairs - contact us for more details on this if you need more than eight chairs for your project.
i4 Mariani was a specialty Italian design division of the Pace collection and Guido Faleschini was the star designer who created famous designs such as the Tucroma line and a line of bedroom furniture for Hermès.
While Tucroma chairs are difficult to get as they are so in-demand by interior designers and collectors alike, the black on black colorway of this set is even more rare and hard to get. And to find a set of eight of them together is unreal. But guess what? We have this set available just for you but only if you act fast as this set will surely go quick. This is an interior design magazine cover worthy set of chairs and would look so amazing with a marble or travertine dining table, such as designs by Angelo Mangiarotti and Roche Bobois or lacquered goatskin tables by Karl Springer and Steve Chase.
The seats and backs retain the original supple black leather upholstery and are attached to graceful black steel tubular frames, as well as being bridged together by wide black leather straps at the back with hand-tied detail for extra security. Under the seats are the original i4 Mariani labels.
