Classic Set of Four Dining Chairs in Vivid Green Upholstery
About the Item
Set of four dining chairs, fabric, lacquered wood, Austria, 1980s
These dining chairs have a strong resemblance to Josef Hoffmann ‘Fledermaus’ chair. The design has a splendid construction thanks to its bentwood that is enriched with round small spheres. Furthermore, the frame is composed of elegantly curved lines and round edges, contributing to the chair’s sculptural appearance. The upholstery of the seat is upholstered in a soft, green-colored fabric, which combines perfectly with the black lacquered wood. Overall, this set of dining chairs is a standout and can serve as a taste of delicateness at the dining table.
Please note that we advise reupholstery before use. This item contains some threadbare upholstery with loose seams and stains. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
