Large Stock of Stackable Galvanitas S17 Industrial Dining Chairs
About the Item
Highly wanted and in multiple colors and quantities, with bespoke service available: the Industrial S17 stacking chairs by Galvanitas. These Sculptural chairs are made for optimal comfort and heavy duty; the Carbonwood seating parts are made of a high density veneer / resin composite and are shock-, scratch-, break- and weather-resistant, and even resistant to burning cigarettes.
The frames are not made of tubular construction, as in most similar designs of this period, but folded sheet metal, ending in rubber feet. Very solid, and a revolutionary design from the 1950s.
The clever design of the chairs’ is the reason that this is a re-edition of the 1950s chair with the same specifications. The metal frames are available in various colors and so are the shells. All chairs in solid, excellent condition with bespoke service.
