Set of 4 Steel Dining Chairs in Rust Mohair Attributed to Colette Guedon
About the Item
A set of 4 Mid Century French dining chairs attributed to Colette Guedon. These chairs feature sleek black enameled steel frames with tapered legs and patinated brass sabots. The seat backs are composed of six horizontal rods which have a subtle curve, giving these chairs a beautiful profile. They were freshly reupholstered in a handsome rust mohair. Unmarked. Sourced in France, 1950s.

CONDITION: Great vintage condition. Minor patina and oxidation to the steel frames is concentrated on the seat backs. The chair base on two of the chairs is slightly different from the other two. These chairs were newly reupholstered in a handsome rust mohair and the interior foam was replaced. Fabric samples available upon request.
