About the Item
A very attractive and complete set of eighteen French 19th century Louis XIII st. Beechwood dining chairs. Each Os de Mouton, referring to the sinuous stretcher that is a quintessential element of Louis XIII furniture, chair is raised by beautiful most decorative scrolled supports with lovely scalloped shaped stretcher and front support bar. The upholstered back supports also display scalloped shaped top all displaying decorative French nail heads throughout.
