Set of Four French Mid Century Leather & Iron Dining Chairs

About the Item

Fabulous set of four mid century French leather & iron dining chairs. Circa 1950’s. I also have these chairs available as sets of two, should you not require all four. Please do look at these listings for more photographs. The chairs have brass ball finials leading to iron sculptural frames, with hair pin legs. They boast the original leather seating, with hand stitched detail to the front. The seating is very comfortable with well padded seats and backs. The armrests have lost some of the padded feel. The chairs are good examples, the leather has been cleaned with a natural leather balsam. This leather treatment is absorbed into the leather and won't transfer off onto clothing. Overall the leather is in very good condition for its age, showing characterful wear and markings, but no major damage. Structurally, all chairs are very sound. Additional dimensions information: The arms are 64cm high from the floor. The seat heights are 48cm. Delivery is INCLUDED in the price for all areas in MAINLAND England & Wales.
