Set of six Art Deco dining chairs in solid oak, France, 1940s
This set of French dining chairs show a basic design, with strong proportions. The geometric backrest is a typical feature from the Art Deco, which also gives the chair an open character. A nice visual aspect of the chair is the rear legs, that shows a nice curve, made in one single solid piece of oak. The seat is upholstered in thick olive green leather, and is finished with nails.
The upholstery is in good condition while it is recommended to replace the inner work to optimize its comfort. Ask one of our advisors for more information regarding our in-house atelier.
