Strelitzia Modern Solid Brass Upholstered Luxury Dining Chair by Egg Designs

About

The Strelitzia bespoke, dining chair is designed by Egg Designs and manufactured in South Africa. This luxury dining chair has a backrest of solid sand cast brass, the method of sand casting creates a beautiful pitted surface. Each chair is single cast therefor each chair is unique, the brass sections are then hand polished, a task that takes in excess of 100 hours. The rich gold frames have been paired with a handmade rolled wool, naturally dyed cream, this creates a shaggy appearance reminiscent of the 70's. The Strelitzia dining chair is both modern and classical at the same time. A handmade, bespoke and crafted piece, the brass sections cusp your back to ensure that the chair is comfortable. The chair is fitted onto castors to allow for easy movement.
