About the Item
The first chair from our upcoming Annie Dining collection. Each chair in this collection of 12 chairs and 3 dining tables is inspired by African combs and picks. The collection is designed to be mixed and matched to fit the unique desires and needs of your dining area. However full sets of each style of chair are available for purchase as well. The chairs are designed to come in specific species of wood to increase the unique aesthetic of the collection, but a specific species of wood can be selected to fit an existing space or preferences. The chairs pictured here are made of maple. The chairs can be scaled up or down to move beyond the dining room and work as accent chairs.
All of our pieces are proudly made in America in our studio.

studio apotroes, is a sustainable material and furniture company challenging existing understandings of what home looks and feels like to create the future of living. Marrying traditional and new fabrication techniques and materials studio apotroes aims to push the boundaries on the contemporary understanding of furniture design and materiality to provide a new image of sustainability that is inclusive of multiple aesthetics. Through our designs and products, we want to not only offer practical home goods designed to last multiple lifetimes but also explore what and how those goods can be produced to outlive the owner with minimal environmental impact. A majority of our pieces are made in our San Antonio and NYC-based studios but also partner with local craftspeople to bring some of our other designs to life. studio apotroes is not a big box store or a mass production company, we are a small design studio that wants customers to love and cherish each piece they bring into their home for generations to come.
