Wonderful Set of 18th Century Dutch Walnut Marquetry Dining Room Chairs
About the Item
A wonderful and rare antique set 18th century of 6 high back Dutch walnut and floral marquetry dining chairs. The dining chairs have been crafted from walnut with floral marquetry inlaid decoration and are typical of the very best period Dutch marquetry furniture. The original drop-in seats with original fabric and the chairs are raised on elegant gently curving cabriole legs that terminate in claw and ball feet. Exceptional quality and beautiful warm patina.

Depth: 45cm (17.7in)
This set of 18th century Dutch marquetry dining chairs are in good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. The seats with original upholstery remain in good, clean condition. The antique walnut chairs remains structurally sound. Overall, a good example.
