About the Item

We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning Multiyork Howard three-seat sofa and pair of matching armchairs RRP £11,296 A very good looking and well made suite, the armchairs retailed for £2599 each and the covers £650, the sofa was £3699 and the covers £1100, the total cost of the suite was £11,296 The model is based on the traditional Howard style with the drop front arm, the cushions are all both back and base deep dense feather filled, the seat base is coil sprung including the front edge, this is an exceptionally comfortable suite. All the upholstery simply pulls off for ease of cleaning, the cushions are upholstered on both sides so should the worse happen and one side becomes stained you can simply remove and wash it The auction includes a suite of six arm end covers which have been used on and off with this suite In terms of the condition there are odd little marks here and there, I haven’t removed the covers and washed them as the suite is in excellent condition otherwise. One arm end has a little wear line however the arm rest cover means you never see it Sofa dimensions: Height 83cm from the floor to the top of the frame, 92cm to the top of the cushion Width 191cm Depth 101cm Armchairs dimensions: Height 82cm from the floor to the top of the frame, 92cm to the top of the cushion Width 85cm Depth 101cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point This item is available for collection from our Wimbledon warehouses Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
