Dimensions provided refer to the chaise lounge, measured with the backrest in the upright position. The armchair measures H 33.5" x W 29" x D 34" x SH 14". The ottoman measures H 16" x W 24.5" x D 17.5".
Crafted by the German maker Arco Schutzmarke in the 1960's, this gorgeous seating suite combines inventive Mid-Century design with the casual elegance of the French Riviera style. The suite consists of a chaise lounge chair, armchair, and matching ottoman, with frames crafted from sturdy pole rattan - a flexible and durable vine with a solid core (not to be confused with bamboo, which is hollow at the center). The seats and backrests are expertly woven from strands of core rattan, providing beautiful texture and comfort. Bold architectural silhouettes, with dramatic and swooping curves that elevate the organic beauty of the natural material, truly set these chairs apart from the rest. Lounging in these chairs, one is instantly transported to the decks of a yacht on the Mediterranean, enveloped in the luxury of a bygone era.
