About the Item
Curvy and eye-catching Danish club chair from the 1930s or 1940s. Set on mahogany feet that hint more at at a art deco but the style of the chair is more the the mid-century camp. A very alluring combination. Low swung and wide we just love the proportions. Tufted back adding a touch of old world class.
Simple and consistent aesthetics emphasizing functionality over ornamentation. Sturdy and sound construction with solid frame made from beech. Later re-upholstered in a midcentury mohair wool fabric and is in still usable condition. We are able to offer re-upholstery services on this chair at a very competitive price.
