About the Item
Designed by Roy de Scheemaker in 1989 for the House of the Future in Rosmalen, the Pallone chair is manufactured by Leolux in the Netherlands.
With a futuristic aesthetic, the Pallone chair has a ball-like shape with a large curvaceous seat cushion, sitting on three short polished chrome legs, giving an angled profile.
The wide and curved backrest sits above the seat cushion on the chrome frame as if hovering, and adding to the space-age feel.
An iconic and bold piece of design, this Pallone chair will add a touch of fun to any contemporary living space.
These are special limited editions with a rubber foam coating called 'Mellow Face Plus' developed by Leolux which makes the chairs also resistant to all weathers and therefore possible to use for indoor as well as outdoor furniture.
