Axel Larsson for Svenska Möbelfabrikeren Bodafors, lounge chair model 1207/5-119, leather, teak, Sweden, 1950s. Beautiful high back lounge chair designed by Axel Larsson. The frame of this chair is very sleek and has bold lining throughout the design. The leather seat and backrest are made from woven strips of blue leather. The striking effect of that has great impact on the overall appearance of this chair. The back of the chair is high and tilted, resulting in a very relaxing and comforting seat. The color combination of the blue woven leather and the teak is a stunning sight. Please note that the leather straps show signs of wear and are beginning to tear on several places. Restoration is possible before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come.
