Danish Art Deco Easy Chair with Open Armrests in Mahogany and Scalloped Back
About the Item
Charming easy chair with open armrests made probably in the 1930s. These type of 1930s chairs are increasingly coming into vogue. Made from solid beech with nicely sculpted/carved armrests in Cuban mahogany. Some natural age wear to the armrests and minor scuffing to the legs. Great for the study or bedroom. Overall very good with the fabric showing some wear and we recommend having the piece reupholstered. We do offer re-upholstery services for this chair at very competitive prices. We can refinish the wood to a higher degree also but have left it with the natural wear and patina.
