Wingback armchair, alcantara, metal, Italy, 1960s
This Classic Italian post-war wingback lounge chair has an unusually high back and gracious wings that contain dramatized pointed corners. The elegant armrests are slightly curved outwards and the seat is equipped with delicate tapered metal legs. Beautifully curved, yet finished with sharp rounded edges. The chair is upholstered in a delicate fabric in a salmon to pink color.
