John Caldwell Lounge Chair and Ottoman, 1976
About the Item
A great example of American craft ca' 1976 is this rare chair and ottoman designed by John Caldwell and manufactured by California Furniture Shops, Ltd. Made of laminated pine, with chrome details, leather cushions this large scale chair is very comfortable and epitome of 1970's custom woodworking and style. Very heavy-total weight 150-200lbs. The chair is low and deep and could be a chaise or daybed. Excellent original condition.
