Pair of "Mitt" Lounge Chair by Bernhardt Design
About the Item
A pair of "Mitt" Lounge Chairs designed by Harry and Claudia Washington and manufactured by Bernhardt Design (a third one is also available). The organic minimalistic profile of the chair reminds one of a baseball glove. It cradles the sitter but also provides ample support.
The chairs were made circa 2020 and are in lightly used condition. It is covered in a bright Focus Aloe Green fabric with exposed white loop master stitching and a large handle on the back. The rounded open design allows versatile sitting and lounging position. The weight-locking casters and a loop handle also make it very user-friendly. In addition. the stylish chairs will provide vibrant and bold color to any interior.

"Founded in 1889, Bernhardt Design got its start in Lenoir, North Carolina. While John Mathias Bernhardt originally conceived it as an industrial company, he soon realized that the abundant natural resources of the region, combined with the meticulous woodworking skills of the local people, could be put to better use in a furniture company. Thus, Bernhardt Design was born. Over the ensuing decades, Bernhardt and his team steadily worked to improve and refine their products, developing the brand into the powerhouse it is today."
