About the Item
Rare pair (priced INDIVIDUALLY) of 'Karate' swiveling fiberglass shell chairs by Michel Cadestin.
These iconic chairs were designed circa 1970 by Michel Cadestin for French furniture manufacturer Airborne.
Referred to as the "Karate" chairs, they are made of molded fiberglass shells with brand new boucle upholstery fabric over a weighted swiveling base.
COMPLETE restoration work has been performed, including, but not limited to, new reupholster boucle fabric and fiberglass repair and ivory lacquered refinishing
