Very rare 'Impala' lounge chair, Gillis Lundgren for IKEA, Sweden, 1970s

About the Item

Very rare and beautiful lounge chair 'Impala'. Designed by Gillis Lundgren for IKEA during the 1970s. The company started production of the series in 1972 but was discontinued the next year, it was just to expensive to make. Now its one of the most sought after pieces of vintage IKEA furniture.
