Hollywood Regency Split Sofa
About the Item
This custom made upholstered two piece sofa came from an outrageously over-the-top period Hollywood Regency decorated home outside of Boston. Think Zsa Zsa, Eva and Magda on steroids.
This fabric is embroidered gold thread on a shimmering platinum white background. Stylish curved lines, each with one tufted arm, peak crested rail, tailored skirting and pegged quarter-sawn oak legs.
We replaced the foam inside both loose seat cushions and flipped them to give this grand dame a shot of HRT for many more years.
Measures: 32 inches high

42 inches seat width between arm and end; 52 inches wide including the appendage. Total width of both sofas together 104 inches.
12 inches high from floor to deck; seat cushions 4 inches thick.

- Condition:Replacements made: We replaced the foam inside the two seat cushions which was crunchy. Overall padding is supple. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. We flipped and reversed the seat cushions to show their better side. Note last image shows the front inside corner of right sofa has a spot of wear from rubbing against the other side.
