Antique Spanish Renaissance Style Throne Arm Chair

About

This Spanish walnut throne chair with a large wide seat made circa 1700. Made from well carved but simply done walnut the chair is centered on a leather covered seat and back with large antique nail heads. The stretcher in the front is chip carved while the back stretcher is plain. The construction throughout is correct for the period. Upholstery had been replaced at a later date but not new.
