Created in 1975 by Florentine architect Roberto Monsani, Life is a modular sofa and an armchair with a soft seat. The compact design allows great versatility, while the large seat gives a pleasant cosy feeling. Providing a combination of full and empty spaces, it is an architecture that affects the space creating a harmonious balance between form and function. Originally created with a plexiglass shell, which was avant-garde for the time, today’s version reverses the direction towards the cabinetmakers’ world and expertise.
