1950’s Leopard 2 Piece Sectional Sofa
About the Item
This stunning piece of American Mid-Century Modern early 1950s Biomorphic design for a sofa was re-upholstered in the 1980s and has been lounging in storage ever since. As a result the faux leopard fabric is in excellent condition and the black ebonized wood trim displays only a few minor areas of light wear (as can be seen in the photographs). The angular corners and the wide overhang indicate early 1950’s. I’m loving the buttons that adorn the front and back of each piece. The 4 outside legs have brass caps and the inner legs, where the sofas meet. Each piece individually measures: 54.5” wide x 30.5” deep x 31” tall
Together they measure: 109” long x 30.5” deep x 31” tall
