19th Century Pennsylvania Painted Settee
About the Item
Pennsylvania single board plank seat bench settee, 19th c. of Pine & Poplar enhanced with new custom cushion. The bench is professionally restored with re -glued joinery, sanded with careful attention to expose original hand painted details whilst maintaining decades of vibrant layers of color. Finished with clear lacquer to insure its' integrity, rich in character for generations to come. Seat: 20" H with cushion / 17.5" H without cushion.
