English Oak Queen Anne Settee

About the Item

This settee has a shaped crest rail with vase back splats which are curved to make a comfortable contour for back support. The front edge has a shaped molding. The three cabriole legs in the front are interconnected with an elaborate system of turned high-low stretchers. The upholstered slip seat has been recovered recently but has two faint but visible 1/4 inch spots.
