Swedish Set of Six Carved-Wood Side Chairs with Upholstered Seats, Cream Finish
About the Item
A Swedish set of six side chairs, with their original finish, from the mid 20th century. This vintage set of chairs from Sweden each have squared open slat-backs, upholstered seats, and cleanly designed seat rails with delicate petite bead trimming and foliate carved knees. The chairs are raised on a pair of flute-carved and rounded front legs that taper gently towards their feet, and squared legs at back. The chairs retain their original cream finish and fabric (which is in good/usable condition). This mid-century set of Swedish side chairs will be a cheerful seating addition around a breakfast or smaller dining room table.
