Offering One Of Our Recent Palm Beach Estate Fine Furniture Acquisitions Of A Ralph Lauren Style BENTLEY CHURCHILL Top-Grade Leather and Fabric Sofa This is an incredibly beautiful and well-built piece of furniture with faux Crocodile leather trim on the lower front panel. The leather is very top-grain and is thick and durable. Fabric is a heavy cotton or cotton blend Chenille. The last photo best shows coloration. Approximate Measurements in Inches 30" high at back 84" wide 44" deep (back to front) 30" high at arms 19" high at seat 30" deep x 64" wide inside seat (without back cushions) Condition Very High-end and well-made piece and in good, structurally sound and sturdy condition. Top Grain leather is thick and durable with some normal scratches and wear as shown. No punctures or tears. The fabric has no notable stains or other damage.
