Fine Louis XVI Style Sofa in Powder Blue from W&J Sloane, New York
About the Item
Originally purchased from W. & J. Sloane on Fifth Avenue, New York City. A Dramatic and Theatrical French Style Sofa with a Creme and Celadon Blue Painted Frame having a Carved Floral Spray at top center and Cabriolet Legs. The single seat cushion is a Down and Duck Feather combination with good weight and excellent comfort and the Fabric is a rich Blended Cotton Felt. What’s not Theatrical is how incredibly well-made and solid feeling this wonderful piece is.
The Sofa measures 75.75” wide by 32” deep by 35.5” high. Seat height is 19.5”.
Condition: The overall condition is very good with a few old spots to the fabric which do not detract from the fantastic presentation.
