Amazing and beautiful Sofa Lady by Marco Zanuso for Arflex
Designed in 1951 by the Italian architect and furniture manufacturer Marco Zanuso, this iconic sofa is a symbol of style, material and technological innovation. They won a gold medal at the Milan Triennale the year of their debut.
The Sofa Lady has a slender metal base that contrasts with the soft upholstered parts. They are made up of different pieces with different densities of foam rubber, which was a revolutionary construction method for the time. The seat is completely upholstered with a high-quality green velvet, which perfectly complements the elegant and modern design. The green color brings a modern and sophisticated look to the piece, which can beautify any room.
The Lady Lady Sofa is not only highly aesthetic to look at, but also comfortable to sit on. It has a spacious, two-seater and ergonomic seat that adapts to the shape of the body.
