- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. The Jack Lenor Larsen style velvet fabric is in fabulous vintage condition. There is slight variation in color & whether it is fading, discoloration from age, or just a difference in the nap, is not apparent; but, this sofa is clean & beautiful.

It wears its original hopsacking fabric which is comprised of lovely turquoise and green threads that create a gorgeous dark turquoise hue. It’s a phenomenal color with back button details!! It has four loose seat cushions with soft foam, but they could benefit from a bit more padding which would be easily achieved as they have zippers. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear. The legs have a fresh coat of black paint. There are a few rust-colored stains on the fabric of the seat cushions and the foam in the seats is a bit “crispy” in spots so eventually you may wish to reupholster and/or replace the foam.
