Pair of custom American chippendale mahogany sofas made by Roger Gonzales, Kent, Connecticut, circa 1992, reproducing the sofas at the John Brown House in Newport, Rhode Island, each with stop fluted square mahogany legs with stretchers, frames upholstered in brick red wool damask, arched back and scrolled arms, 39 x 97 x 30 in.
