About the Item
Wonderful stool/side table designed by acclaimed architect and designer Charlotte Perriand for the ski resort Les Arcs from 1967 to 1989 (arcs 1600 and 1800).
These stools are at the crossroads of the traditional Savoyard style and the functional minimalism that the Perriand discovered during her stays in Japan.
Furniture from Les Arcs is characterised by its clean lines, simplicity, and functionality. The furniture was designed to be multi-functional, with pieces able to be easily transformed to suit myriad of different purposes.
Perfect as a stool, side table or a nightstand. Will fit any room or corner of a house.
Made out of solid pine. In very good vintage condition commensurate with age. Can send additional photographs upon request.
