This precise technique ensures a uniform metallic finish of at least 50 microns across the entire surface. Our metal finishing has successfully passed corrosion resistance tests in a salt spray chamber, adhering to UNE-EN ISO 9227: 2017 and UNE-EN ISO 1456: 2010 standards. Our signature screws, made with brass, are turned, polished, and lacquered, serving as essential components that secure the saddle leather to the metal frame. The leathers used in our stools are Spanish hides that undergo vegetable tanning. We offer premium saddles in multiple colors to accommodate various interior preferences. Our traditional vegetable dyeing and tanning method is an organic technique that relies on natural tannings extracted from bark or plant tissues. Oils and natural fats are applied to the leather, imparting a distinctive flexibility and texture that allows it to be molded, retain its shape, and age gracefully.
