English Painted & Upholstered Stool
About the Item
This dignified stool is the perfect antique to add interest to any space. Upholstered with a new deep red and cream patterned fabric and held with new round brass nailheads. The heavy solid painted wood frame showcases hand-carved elements throughout. The well turned Jacobean style legs are very attractive and finish on polished bun feet. At the center is a gorgeous hand carved and shaped X-stretcher that provides excellent support. Make sure to look through all the photos to see the wonderful details of this elegant antique.
