French 19th Century Louis XV Large Walnut Stool or Bedroom Bench

About the Item

An elegant late 19th/early 20th century Louis XV banquette or window seat carved in solid walnut featuring scrolled arms and rails, the shaped padded seat above a serpentine frieze carved with rocaille and leaves, the whole supported on finely carved cabriole legs. Newly upholstered with plain black und pad fabric, so that the desired fabric according to the customer's wishes can still be supplemented.
