Jack Grimble Spinning Stool with Tudor Rose
About the Item
A very distinctive oak side chair with pegged joints by Jack Grimble of Cromer. The chair is set on splayed legs and the back panel features a stylised Tudor rose. Signed to the seat underside, this is a beautiful and very characteristic example of Grimble’s work. Probably circa 1930s. In excellent condition with all joints sound.
