Potro Stool, Contemporary Mexican Solid Amapa Tropical Wood Stool
About the Item
Potro Stools are inspired by the sturdy anatomy of horses and their role in Mexican culture.
The stools are woodturned in highly resistant amapa wood, by the Ramírez Family in San Juan de Abajo, Nayarit; using certified local solid wood.
Potro stools can also be used as pedestals or side tables.
Due to the nature of Amapa wood, the colours, textures and grain can drastically vary. Amapa wood is usually a low-saturation yellow, with dense, pointy gray/beige grain.
